This Hawaii Holiday is designed to highlight the beauty and diversity across Hawaii by combining the rugged coastline of Hawaii's big island, with the vibrant island of Oahu to experience Waikiki Beach and a fun stay in Las Vegas on the way home.

The Big Island of Hawaii offers dramatic views and is steeped in history. The highlights are the Volcano National Park, The Sting ray and dolphin experiences, surfing the coast and hiking the trails. Combine you stay in Hawaii with the island of Oahu, known for Waikiki Beach, Pearl Harbour and The North Shore. With regular direct flights from the west coast of America Oahu is a good island to choose to visit and features in most Hawaii Holiday itineraries.

Price Guide:

The costs will differ on the season you travel in and how early you book. The earlier you book the cheaper the airfare and the better the hotel deals are.  The most economical time to travel is January to March and high season in July & August plus Christmas & Easter, everything in between is shoulder season.

Full Itinerary -  Hawaii, Oahu & Las Vegas

Days 1 to 5  Hawaii - The Big Island  

Depart the UK on your chosen scheduled flight to Hawaii - The Big Island  all flights require a change of plane enroute in America, we can arrange a stop over if you desire, the total flying time is 18 1/2 hours. To avoid confusion with the name of the entire state, the island of Hawaii is called “Hawaii’s Big Island,” and what an appropriate name it is. Bigger than all of the other Hawaiian Islands combined, its sheer size and diversity can be inspiring and a little overwhelming.  

Most visitors like to spend at least 4 or 5 days on Hawaii as there is so much to see and do. A day visiting the Volcanoes National Park, a day visiting the historic village of Kailua- Kona, a day in the cool uplands of Waimea ( Hawaiian cowboy country) a day visiting coffee country , a day at Kealakekua Bay plus the odd day relaxing round  the pool.

Days 6 to 10 Oahu (40 minute flight) 

Your journey continues by flying across to Honolulu , the capital of Hawaii,  spending the next 4 nights of your Hawaii holiday enjoying a more modern and vibrant side to Hawaii. Most guests choose to stay on Waikiki Beach close to the bars, restaurants and evening entertainment on offer but if you prefer something a little quieter opt for the Marina area, Diamond Head or Ko'Olina, all in close proximity giving you the ideal opportunity to take in all the sights that Oahu has to offer. Days 11 to 14 Las Vegas (5 1/2 hours) 

There are two  direct flights a day between Honolulu and Las vegas , one at either end of the day and several options that require you to change planes in LA or San Francisco, direct is quicker but more expensive.  Each resort hotel is a spectacle in itself, with designer shops, gondola rides, dancing fountains, world class theatre shows and a vast array of dining options that will easily keep you entertained for several weeks. However most guests feel that 4 or 5 nights is the right length of time. Las Vegas is surrounded by stunning National Parks, the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon are a must see's and are within easy reach for a day trip as are Lake Mead, Zion and Bryce Canyon.

Day 15   

Your return flight back from Las Vegas to the UK is over night, there are direct flights and indirect flights from the UK. The options change depending on the budget you want to allocate .

Flexible itinerary

• Change the number of nights: - We have suggested a suitable number of nights in each location but we can alter the duration to suit your personal requirements.

• Change the hotels: - We have recommended 4* hotels throughout, all in good locations, the standard can be altered if you prefer a more luxurious hotel or more modest accommodation.

• Hire a car or not: - Hiring a car on Hawaii is a great idea as the island is so big, on Oahu we'd suggest you either hire a car by the day or use the public transport as parking is difficult and expensive.

• We will use our knowledge of the destinations we recommend to advise on places you should stop and see recommending bars and restaurants you should visit and ensure you have everything you require for a perfect holiday.
