Rose Parade - January

Australia Week - January

The single largest foreign-country promotion held annually in the U.S., this week long programme showcases all things Australian: food and wine, film, arts, lifestyle, trade and investment, indigenous culture and tourism. Grammy Awards - January

The Grammys are considered to be the U.S record industry's equivalent to the Academy awards and will once again be held in Los Angeles' Staples Centre. all of Los Angeles will be celebrating - come to West Hollywood to be in the centre of it all. http://www.grammy.com

Oscars - February/March

With every new calendar year, the buzz of the entertainment community is all about the Awards Sreason. While the Academy Awards ceremony takes place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, much of the action happens in west Hollywood. Los Angeles Marathon - March

With 25,000 runners form all 50 US States and over 100 countries, the Los Angeles marathon is the largest marathon held in California, the fourth largest in the country, and the seventh largest in the world. West Week - March

 The Pacific Design Centre hosts West Week, an internationally-recognised design trade event that welcomes thousands of design professional each spring. Brit Week - April/May

Brit week is a celebration of British excellence in California. Russian Cultural Festival - May

Russian Cultural Month in West Hollywood is a month of unique, family-friendly events celebrating the rich culture and heritage of over 600,000 members of Los Angeles region's Russian-speaking community. Los Angeles Gay Pride Festival and Parade - June

West Hollywood proudly celebrates its dynamic gay and lesbian population during the annual West LGBT Pride Parade and Festival. The two-day festival is the largest on the West coast, celebrating diversity and culture with booths, dance tents, food, exhibits, and performances. Outfest - July

With attendance of nearly 40,00 people, Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (OUTFEST) is the largest film festival in Southern California and he region's largest gay and lesbian arts event. Sunset Strip Music festival - Late Summer or Fall

The Sunset Strip Music Festival was created to commemorate the music history of the Sunset Strip. The weekend-long festival takes place at music clubs up and down the strip - the Viper Room, The Roxy Theatre, Whisky a Go Go, and House of Blues, all participate by hosting bands. Aids Walk Los Angeles - October

The Aids walk is a fundraising event for AIDS Project Los Angeles and other AIDS service organizations across L.A. County. The 10 kilometre (6.2 mile) walk begins and ends in West Hollywood Park at San Vicente Boulevard, between Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard. West Hollywood Halloween Carnival - 31st October

Join West Hollywood's revellers at the largest Halloween street party in the world and show off your most outrageous costume.
